This to is a new pbox under LC UM and Ong Chia Yinn was selected as the first OCP to manage the team and contribute to the LC’s number of exchange. The pbox started in January and we had our first workshop in February. Our first intern arrived in March and since then we have received 14 interns till the end of June. A total number of 2500 students were educated from February to June.
Our goal was to educate 3000 students by the end of June and receive 12 interns at the same time. Even though we started out late, we managed to pass our goal of receiving 12 interns and was about to reach our goal of students educated. We diversified our target group to orphanages and colleges so that it ww could cover as many students we can and spread the awareness to everyone out there.
